We are very excited to offer a new way for you to pick up your held items with our new smart lockers, thanks in part to a 2021 grant from the Institute of Museum and Library Services (IMLS) in partnership with the NH State Library under the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA).
Our smart lockers will provide you with contactless, click-and-collect, porch-pickup service so that you can pick up your held items when it’s convenient for you, even when the library is closed. The locker system is even ADA compliant for complete ease of access!
Taking advantage of the service is as easy as 1, 2, 3…

1. Choose “Hooksett Smart Lockers” as your pickup location for the items that you’re placing on hold in Hooksett Library catalog.

2. Scan the QR code (or type your access code) that you received from us. You can also use the Smiota app to interact with the lockers.

3. Collect all of your held items from the assigned locker which will automatically open for you.
