The meeting rooms in the Hooksett Public Library are provided to further the mission and goals of the Hooksett Public Library as adopted by the Library Board of Trustees. All activity in the meeting rooms shall comply with established Library Meeting Room Policy. The meeting rooms in the Library are intended for library programming and for public gatherings of a civic, cultural, or educational nature.

The following rooms are available for reservation, but a request must first be submitted here or by calling the library at 485.6092 or by email at [email protected]


Hebert Room

This room is approximately 35′x42′. It includes approximately 50 chairs and 5 long tables and holds a maximum seating capacity of 108. This room is equipped with a touch-enabled a/v system, featuring a drop-down screen (wide format) with built in LCD projector, HDMI and/or VGA inputs, built-in sound system (wired and wireless mics), and blu-ray player. If needed, A/V equipment should be requested when booking the room. It also has a baby grand piano (Director’s permission required). This room can be combined with the Village Depot Room by opening the dividing wall for integrated use of the a/v system with dual screen operation. The tables and chairs may be rearranged as needed.


Village Depot Room (formerly “Main #2″)

This room is approximately 42′x42′. It includes approximately 100 chairs and 13 long tables and holds a maximum seating capacity of 187. The tables and chairs may be rearranged as needed.  This room is equipped with a touch-enabled a/v system, featuring a drop-down screen (wide format) with built in LCD projector, HDMI and/or VGA inputs, built-in sound system (wired and wireless mics), and blu-ray player. If needed, A/V equipment should be requested when booking the room. This room can be combined with Hebert Media Room by opening dividing wall for integrated use of the a/v system with dual screen operation. It also has an upright piano and small electronic organ.


Riverside Inn Room (formerly “Kitchen”)

Specifically designed as an arts and crafts activity meeting room. Has one long table which seats about 10 people. Also equipped with a sink, stove, and refrigerator.


Lilac Bridge Room (formerly “Office”)

It is approximately 15′x16′. It includes approximately 10 chairs and 2 square tables. The tables and chairs may be rearranged as needed.


Prescott Library Room (formerly “Open Stack”)

This room houses our archived book collection along with cake pans and puzzles. A space is available (approximately 8′x15′) for a seating area which can accommodate approximately 8-10 people. The tables and chairs may be rearranged as needed.
