Present: Mary Farwell (via phone), Chairperson; Mary

Director.

Unfinished Business:
- Bookkeeper
- We all decided to contract with Guy Beloin to provide
bookkeeping services. HS spent time with him last night going
over everything he needs to cover. Letter was drafted as
confirmation of the agreement
- Roof Leak - Skyline Roofing
- Meeting Dates - Deliberative Session April 1st, 1:00 PM
- Wireless Internet Policy

- NH Track Officials donated $50
- Kiwanis donated just over $200 to pay for Christmas party
- Heather's surgery
- There was a discussion about Heather's surgery and
recuperation time. The current plan, subject to modification
if necessary, is for her to use two weeks sick time and then
for the next two weeks of her recovery, she will work from
home on a fulltime basis. At the beginning of this period, she
will email trustees a list of projects she intends to focus on
and will keep the trustees updated on her progress.

- ML to research options and present them to trustees at
April meeting.

- Trustees want to have a plan in place by the end of April
so that items can be ordered and paid for well prior to the end
of the fiscal year.
