- Rear Parking Lot: Wes is out of work due to an injury so this

- Furnace/ Boiler: Delta is working to correct the situation.
(After the meeting MJ called Dave from Delta to get more
information about what happened with the valve and the inspection.
The person who actually did the inspection was Christopher Bartz
from Hartford Steam Boiler Inspection and Insurance. He found the
problem with the valve on the boiler. As it was the boiler that
was replaced last year, MJ asked Dave why there was a problem with
the size of the safety valve. When Delta replaced the boiler last
year, they replaced all the other parts with the same size, style,
etc that was on the boiler originally. So we have had the wrong
size valve since the boiler was originally retrofitted during the
building renovation. As Dave was waiting for a callback from Mr.
Bartz from 12/29 to 1/8, the correct part wasn't ordered until
last week. It is now in stock and will be installed at the
library later this week. Once everything is installed Mr. Bartz
will come back out to the library to reinspect, and make sure
everything is ok)
