Minutes

Present: Marion Jacobi, President, Mary Farwell, Secretary, Ann Marie Van De Water, Treasurer, Fran Hebert, Librarian

Secretary’s Report- Minutes for June 10, 2003  were accepted as presented and filed

 Treasurer’s Report. There was a discussion about the remaining expenditures to be made from the budget.

• HVAC:  Trustees will request appointment with Town Council at their July 9 meeting to request approval of bid for engineering, design and construction services.
• MF delivered letter to Diane Savoie asking town for 2003-2004 funds. Funds to be available around July 10.

The next regular meeting of the Trustees will be July 10, 2003 at 9 AM
